Magic Zihgir, +1 TH, -1 range penalty

"Zihgir is the Turkish word for the thumb ring used to draw the bow in the Ottoman Empire. Turkish thumb rings were made of wood, metal, ivory, bone, horn or leather. These rings signified that the person wearing them was a warrior. In time they became a symbol of prestige in Ottoman society, and some later examples have so much ornamentation on the surface from which the bowstring slides that they could not be used to shoot with. High INT Sorcerers gain “Floating” Spell Slot(s), each equivalent to One Spell Level. 
At higher Casting Levels, these may be combined; a Sorcerer of INT 16-17/+2 has two Bonus Slots, and may choose either two 1st Lvl Spells, or one 2nd Lvl Spell.  
A Sorcerer with 18 INT/+3 may choose from three 1st, two 1st and one 2nd, or one 3rd Lvl Bonus Slot/Day
